Chip has lived and worked in Atlanta for almost ten years—currently in the Oakhurst neighborhood of Decatur and previously in Virginia-Highland and Kirkwood. He is passionate about the renaissance of Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods.

Chip’s knowledge of home construction—and his ability to see a home’s potential for expansion or renovation—can be invaluable to clients whether they are buying or selling. He is able to provide clients a list of reliable contractors for virtually every trade, from mortgage brokers and home inspectors to carpenters and electricians.
Prior to his career in real estate, Chip was director of planned giving at Agnes Scott College and Emory University. He received his B.A. in History and German Studies from the University of the South (Sewanee) in 1993.
Chip is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. He and Kim are members of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in downtown Decatur. |
